Scope of Responsibility
EJ3PL is responsible for the reasonable care of client inventory while physically stored within EJ3PL-operated facilities. Liability applies only when loss or damage is proven to be caused by EJ3PL’s operational error.
EJ3PL does not assume ownership of client goods at any time.

- Improper packaging provided by the client

- Purchase shipment insurance for high-value goods
- Require signature confirmation for shipments valued over $250
Claims Submission Requirements
All claims must:
- Be submitted in writing within the carrier or EJ3PL required timeframe
- Include required documentation (invoice value, photos, tracking, SKU data)
- Be accurate and complete
Returns & Reverse Logistics

- Business interruption, lost sales, chargebacks, and reputational losses are excluded
