Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, and related services provided by EJAEE Inc. (EJ3PL).

Services Offered

EJ3PL provides third-party logistics services including, but not limited to:
  • Warehousing and inventory storage
  • Inbound receiving and transfers
  • Order fulfillment (pick, pack, ship)
  • Domestic shipping coordination
  • Returns processing and optional value-added services
Certain services are optional, subscription-based, or contracted case-by-case.

Prohibited Products

EJ3PL does not accept inventory containing:
  • Batteries
  • Chemicals
  • Flammable or hazardous materials
  • Products violating U.S. federal or California state law
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate contract termination and inventory removal at the client’s expense.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:
  • Accurate product descriptions and SKU data
  • Proper packaging and labeling
  • Maintaining sufficient account funding
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Funding & Payment Terms

EJ3PL operates on a pre-funded account system.
  • Clients must maintain a minimum account balance
  • Services are deducted automatically based on activity
  • Accounts may be suspended if funding is not replenished within required timeframes
EJ3PL reserves the right to halt services for insufficient funding.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed based on published cut-off times
  • Carrier selection is limited to EJ3PL-contracted carriers
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Returns Handling

Returns processing is provided as a logistics service only. EJ3PL does not assume responsibility for end-customer disputes, refunds, or product condition beyond contracted processing tasks.

Limitation of Liability

EJ3PL’s liability is limited as outlined in the Claims & Liability Policy. EJ3PL is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or third-party damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with contractual terms. Upon termination, clients must remove inventory within the specified timeframe. Additional storage fees may apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
